Dear KFC , Today I have ordered my meal while driving from Mumbai Pune @ ur khalapur outlet. The representative told me that ordered bill will be transferred to mobile. Till this time the bill is not available and when contacted to customer care they shows their helplessness. I have done a card transaction of 1137/- with registered mobile number ******2478. Pl help
Rude service no respect for customer. Showing attitude . When we ask them to repeat our orders they Rudely loudly shouting at customer in front of others and we order smokey they are telling us its closing time we wont make it and it was just 10pm ... manager Rahul and his staff

Extremely rude staff (1 of 2) Food was good as usual but the staff was extremely mean.
Terrible service. Forgot drink, reminded them. Forgot tissues scolded them. Finally they packed my takeway without spoons to eat the biriyani.
I ordered the chicken wrap , the chicken wrap was so pathetic, they give chicken wrap in roti , roti was like a chapati and I think it was bit stale .
