Customer service is really good. Valet parking is available.They even washed our car ( It was a new experience for me and I was very happy to see it clean). We always choose this particular shop as they are always ready to exchange old gold for new one. This was our second visit to their shop. I would be very happy to visit this shop again.
I will never visit this outlet. Had a very bad experience with the sales executive. I went to there to redeem a scheme with every original documents which was in the name of my father and he is now in my hometown and due to his old age he cannot travel to Bangalore. But they directly said no to me. After that my sister to a kalyan outlet in noida where they accepted even the photos of the documents and she bought jewellery from there. Sales representatives are not at all knowledgeable. Its a loss to kalyan not my loss. I will never visit this outlet of kalyan.

They sold us their gold scheme in Delhi saying it will be honored at all stores in India. Now at the time of purchase in Bangalore we were told that they cannot honor any investment/scheme purchased outside Bangalore. It's a scam. Please don't fall for it.

Absolutely poor and pathetic service. I can't believe what they did with my ring that I had given them to fix a stone. A small stone from my ring fell off last month and I had given it to them for servicing. After 2 weeks when I went to collect my ring, guess what!! They had attached an oversized stone with a cheap glue. The head or the stone holder has come off and can break any time. It's unbelievable that Kalyan jewellers doesn't have facilities for appropriate service. I am completely disappointed with what they did with my ring. They claim they had sent the ring to Hyderabad and I don't trust them. They seem to have worked it out locally. Cheap!!!
Worst experience ever I had. Staffs were not supportive and they don't want any customers to buy from. Highest making charge across bangalore. stay away.
