Jataayu Theme Park - Theme park in Lepakshi - Anantapur, India

Jatayu theme park is a must see place if you're visiting Lepakshi. The park is well maintained, however, the rock area after you click to the top still has a lot of cleanliness issues with plastic bottles lying all around. Ample parking space available. The entry ticket is Rs.10/- per person which can be taken at the entry gate. Once you enter the gate, there is a small shop at the entrance selling snacks and cold drinks.

Nice place to spend your leisure time. Good facilities. Not a big crowd even on a weekend. Access to Jatayu's proximity was blocked when we visited.

This place is consistent with the cultural and artistic richness often found in Lepakshi. The Jatayu statue is a significant and culturally resonant attraction. Visitors will appreciate it for its artistic value, cultural relevance, and the storytelling aspect it adds to the destination.

Nice place. You can see a nice view from the top. Parking is available at bottom of the hill. Need to climb around 25 steps. Wind is blowing and your mind will blow with views.

Jataayu theme park just located very much near to famous Lepakshi temple is catchy and attractive to visitors. Although a small park but neatly maintained ine. A huge Jataayu built atop the hill has a beautiful view from all angles. No problem for parking. One can spend time relaxing here.

I had actually planned a bike trip here with my friends from Bangalore. I was holding my expectations low. But the place turned out to be really good. The place is neatly maintained and the Jatayu sculpture looks really great while driving there on the highway. Entry tickets are only 10 rupees as of June 11th 2023. At the top of the rock, the view is great. But people have written, carved bad things on the rocks there. An Humble request by me, please stop doing these things and do not spoil the natural beauty of these places. P.S:- beware of the monkeys. They tend to irritate people for food and water

The park is really nice. Very close to Lepakshi temple. There is Rs. 10 entry fee. I visited on weekend and there was no rush. There are few stairs to climb up and enjoy the beautiful view. If you are visiting Lepakshi you can see it from far.

I would say an average place. If you want to have a view of the surrounding from a height then you can visit this place. Good place for children's but don't take your old parents here as you have to climb a lot of stairs which is not much worth it. There is entry ticket for this place which is 10 rupees. Cold drinks, water & ice cream etc available with pay. The worst part is there is no washroom, outside the area one washroom was available which was smelling very bad with no water. Outside the facility you will get murmura , golgappe , chat etc. But this place is not worth it.
