One of those companies which has consistently degraded its service quality. Their ground staff' behaviour is often dehumanising and non-supportive. They're still flying due to lack of significant competition. Hopefully, one day, some good airliner would bring these hypocrites to their knees.
I always prefer indigo on my domestic experience, i am not saying other are not good but i only experienced indigo and i found excellent and very supportive staff in every manner. Although ticket are not reasonable when i buy it but i want to try discounted fare also. Flying in indigo at the cost of 799 rs only :D hah. Overall Experience great.
It was a very bad experience with IndiGo at Patna airport. I missed my flight because of these people, and these ground staff people misguided and told me that I would get the next flight for today and they would adjust the fare for me. And the total fare was showing as 22k. This is IndiGo's strategy to earn more money, as they deliberately deny boarding to some passengers just because they are slightly late, they didn't even care about someone emergency situation.
IndiGo is one of the best airlines, which can afford all kind of people vry easily & the best thing is that the flight is always on time, hassle free travelling....

Authority guys are very rude to the passengers...Due to there fault during almost every flight some of the passengers loose the flight and if they ask for it the airport guys become very rude to the customers. May be its the policy of IndiGo to get extra money by forcing them to take another ticket. I had the same experience some months before and after that i saw this happening to others n today also i saw it. I tried to talk to them for the passengers. Still the IndiGo employees are not admitting the passengers
Have visited on 24th May, needed help with assisted check-in via wheel chair. Waited For 30 mins and then informed by the on duty staff that they have no staff so will have to wait another 30. Totally not acceptable.
