I recently stayed at the hotel and would rate my experience a 5/10. The room was clean, which was a plus. However, my dissatisfaction stemmed from the lack of essential amenities for a couple's stay. There were no extra towels, soap, shampoo, or even an extra toothbrush. For a comfortable stay, these basics should be readily available. Unfortunately, the absence of these items significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay.

I had a bad experience at ibis hotel. The receptionist was unprofessional and the check-in was delayed. I had booked a room for 8 people at this hotel, but when I arrived, I found out that they did not have any extra beds available. They said that this against their policy where as i clearly asked about this at the time of booking. The duty manager spoke as if i was wrong and he couldn't do anything about it. I felt cheated and disappointed by their poor service and lack of communication. I wish I had booked somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel to family.

Local GuideIt was really a wonderful experience staying here and i faced difficulty in two things I wasn't able to order any food from the QR code placed in the room. But the QR worked from restaurant so i would request management to look into it. Also the waiting time during the checkin is really huge almost i waited for 50 minutes to checkin

Extremely well maintained. Hygienic rooms, lobby and overall property. Amazing experience in the restaurant. Fast checkin and checkout. Love the environment and the energy of the staff. Comparing it to the hotels around the world definitely number one on my list. One of the best hotels to stay in India.

Local GuideI had a great day and a great stay at Novotel every time I visited. It is always a pleasure to be there. Ibis sipcot is a different experience from ibis OMR. The hospitality and room are more simple, but still comfortable. I had a slight delay in checking in due to a price discrepancy between the system and my booking, but the receptionist handled it well. I noticed that the toiletries in the room were only for one person, and the kettle was broken and not working. However, they quickly replaced them after I requested. I appreciate their prompt service. Although my experience was not as amazing as I had with other novotel's, Mr Thamizharasan & Mr Rabindra made my stay memorable. Their hospitality was excellent and they helped me with delicious dishes and my favourite Mojito. I would give them 5/5 for their service. When compared with other similar hotels and other Accor stays. Price: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5 ( only Breakfast ) Cleanliness: 4.5 ( in room) Parking: 2/5 ( spacious but exposed to rains)

Went for Dinner with my Family. Really enjoyed the ambience and the kind gesture of everyone there. Taste of foods were delicious and they cooked special dishes that we asked and was overwhelmed. Do visit, Highly recommended. Cons : AC was not effective that much. Kindly take a look.
