It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing drinks, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and Rupanshi make great recommendations. We really appreciate the support from everyone. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Despite being such a high end, expensive hotel, they did not have water in their washroom. We had to call the plumber 2 times to fix the issue. Both the times we confirmed if the issue was fixed and the plumber acknowledged, but even after the 2nd time the issues were not fixed. The 1st time there was no cold water and hands got burnt because of that and the second time there was no hot water in the bathroom and had to take a cold bath in winter morning. Moreover we were delayed by 1 hr due to these plumbing fixes. Worst experience ever!

Food was amazing, staff is helpful. Room service attendant Rupanshi is very kind and humble . At the time of breakfast as im not well she sent my breakfast to the room with cup of ginger water. I really appreciated. Room is also good. house keeping is good and cooperative and work properly. Location was easy to reach and peaceful. Whole my experience is excellent and Enjoyed alot and will surely visit again soon.,

I went there for a seminar. So I just saw the auditorium and rest of the exterior and interior not the rooms. It's quite luxury feel and beautiful looking hotel. But I believe it must be very expensive too. The food could have been better and more variety with foods could have been there. And there were alot of mosquitoes in the washrooms. They were very clean but I was surprised to see mosquitoes. But very beautiful and picturesque hotel.

Very good Hotel for Business as well as family stays. Service is top-notch. The location is very good , inside the city and proximity to the airport made this place attractive to me. Rooms are spacious and good for a long week. Buisiness stay. Gym is equipped with all necessary things.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Food is amazing . The alfresco area is best part of the restaurant. Beware of Subpar Breakfast Service at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh Rating: I recently had the misfortune of experiencing disappointing service during breakfast at the Hyatt Centric in Chandigarh. While I had high hopes for my stay at this reputed hotel, the morning meal left quite a lot to be desired. Here's what went wrong: 1. Unorganized and Slow Service: The breakfast area was chaotic, with a lack of clear instructions for guests. The staff appeared overwhelmed and unable to handle the crowd efficiently. Finding a clean table was an ordeal, and it took an eternity for the staff to clear and set up tables for new guests. 2. Inattentive Staff: The service staff seemed disinterested and disengaged. They were slow to respond to guests' requests and often seemed confused or forgetful. Even basic tasks, such as refilling water or coffee, required multiple reminders and took an unnecessary amount of time 3. Neglected Food Stations: Some food stations were left unattended, leading to cold back and sausages. 4. It seemed that the staff was struggling to keep up with the cleanliness standards required in a high-end hotel like Hyatt. Overall, my breakfast experience at the Hyatt Centric Chandigarh was lacking in both service and quality. The disorganized and lackluster approach of the staff, left me disappointed. Considering the reputation and prices associated with this hotel chain, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. I hope the management takes note of these areas for improvement. With some much-needed attention to the breakfast experience, the Hyatt Centric Chandigarh can regain its credibility and provide a better overall stay for guests.

I stayed in this hotel with my family.. The location and environment of this hotel is very good and the staff here, especially the front office and F&B staff, is very good...We stayed in this hotel for almost a week and we did not face any problem for a week and we had placed maximum orders from in room dining...I would like to give the most credit to Rohan Chandel who worked in F&B staff. The guy was very nice and took good care of us for a week.
