Hotel vivek - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

1. Nothing except the location is good about this hotel. 2. It looks like 1990s time of hotel which had never been renovated. 3. The room is much smaller than the enlarged pics they show on internet. Inside the room there was smell of dampness. 4. Bathroom is dirty like hell. 5. There is a small window which opens in the balcony of another hotel. 6. The service was poor. 7. Fan was not working properly and staff did not bother about it. Do not spoil your vacation by booking this hotel. Any dharmshala would be lot better than this place.

Very dirty bathroom. No handwash was provided in the room, even after asking they said they will give but nobody bothered to provide. DO NOT GO INTO THIS HOTEL UNTIL IT'S EMERGENCY.

Excellent service at an excellent price. Room was the best I stayed in during my time in India, great value for money.

Worst experience, room is not maintained, door lock is not working, third class service I stayed here approx 3 days and I found worst class service, wastage of money **Highly Not recommended**

AC Rooms were clean. Staff was polite and friendly. 12 min walk from Patna junction railway station. Bed sheets were torn and had to ask repeatedly for basic things (towels). Wifi range was not good. No restaurant in the hotel but was arranged on request.

Ridiculous service: -no toilet paper. I ask beforehand at reception, he tells something to the other guy, so i guess he would bring it. Nothing. When going out, I enquire, to which he says that i can buy on the street. I told him that was funny. A hotel, in a capital city, REJECTING a basic request as a roll of paper, just shameful. But "the guest is God in India" right? Most unprofessional, amateur service i have ever seen. -Sheets dirty as hell, big stains: last time they were cleaned was when Ghandi was still alive. -Called the guy for AC problem: AC wouldn't turn on. He came: played with the switches (what any 5-yr old could do), then said it would be fixed in the morning. I was checking out in the morning. -No blanket. At that point, i didnt even care, was sure they wouldnt be able to provide. Probably they wouldnt be able to meet any of your expectations, requests. A total laughing stock. Mr Manager, and staff, try something else and leave the hotel business to those who actually have an idea and care A TINY BIT ABOUT guests. 0/10, you are a joke.

Everything was good and my stay was awesome, here staff is very polite and extremely supportive.Their hospitality was totally awesome. The best thing about this is hotel is it's location, from here Gandhi maidan and Patna junction is very near and you will find each and everything easily there on walking distance

Not at all good. I ordered a room online in this hotel. The photos were absolutely perfect showing large sized rooms. But in reality the rooms are ridiculously small! Also, the staff is very rude.
