The worst experience I never seen such kind of a hotel and people. It's only for unmarried people for physical activity. But not recommended to family and others.. Including lovers also it's not safe.No food& transportation available from the hostel need to book cab or have own transportation to go out. No staff or other people will help in case of Emergency..

Manager and staff are helpful and acomadating. The hotel is located just walking distance to Taj Mahal so it is very comfortable for any tourist to go there from hotel anytime at day or night. Rooms are wide, attached with own bathroom, ceiling fan, TV, wide double bed and mirror in each. Overall, nice and affordable stay for travellers. Safe and quiet place, unlike noisy crowded hotels on the nearby main street.

we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. there was no hot running water for bathing and we asked for towels and were given only one even though it was a double bed room. However we were happy with the response when we asked for changes. the owner obliged and was polite, he agreed to arrange hot water early morning so we could leave for Taj Mahal at sunrise. I was uncomfortable with the general cleanliness of the room as they had just painted and there were splashes of paint still on the doors. Floor was also not cleaned.

There is no reception or any sort of technology to confirm booking. The room were terrible, legit in terrible conditions. The electricity went off all night long and there were no power back up. The rooms were filled with bugs and all sorts lf insects and there was not even a mosquito repellent or a coil to burn and atleast get rid of insects. The bathroom was in terrible shape. The whole place stinked. Wont even pay 10 rupees for the room and wont even stay there for 5 minutes even if I am offered money for it. Please improve your conditions if someone is staying at your place try making it a pleasant stay

Overall gud experience.. The staff was cooperative and the location is also at gud place little far from ISBT bus stand that is 12km max. The Taj Mahal is nearby which is 3km Max. The cleaning part is to be taken care of as the staff is less. There is no hotel from lunch or dinner nearby as u have to come after eating meals direct to hotel as its a out location. Yes tea is at walking distance that's a nice one. Thx Goibibo for making my stay with my Mother and Brother comfortable and in advance. This is the best first experience with Goibibo booking.. Dear Team, One of worst service provided by you... In this hotel there is no TV in running condition, washrooms are we're bad, beds, blankets were not clean it's has many spots but rooms were full of mosquitos. I want to say that your's vendor should learn with Dharamshala that how to keep neat and clean rooms. Because we have already paid the money to you at that time we compel for stayung there otherwise at same time we change hotel. ...

Very poor room one can find in agra , these people run the business in the name of a popular hotel franchise other than that nothing in the rooms . The rooms are untidy the bedsheets are in dark yellow coloured if i asked to change them the attendants told that the laundry wala is not available so please adjust. And the plug point was broke fan, hot water was not available more than that this place is not easily reached. They just want money for everything and not ready to provide anything. As a backpacker from my heart i felt this the only place I ever disliked in entire India i have traveled . I highly won't recommend this place to anyone

I booked this hotel since the hotel says they got wifi and business centre on *******. when I reached the hotel I realised that they don't have Internet service ever. I traveled from delhi at 6pm and reached this hotel at 10 30 pm and to my surprise the receptionist asks for a printed booking voucher and dosent accept the e voucher that I show on my mobile. even his manager on phone tells us that they need printed voucher if not they don't get the money from ******. actually even hotel gets an voucher when a booking is made but manager says he dosent hv an email. its so funny that they fail to understand a tourist traveling from delhi did not eat his dinner. might need restroom to use. Instead they refused to provide a room if they don't get printed voucher. I just booked another hotel and stayed peacefully for next 4 days.
