Hotel The Signature Asansol - Hotel in Asansol - Paschim Bardhaman, India

This is one of the best hotels located in the Asansol area. If I can talk about rooms, services, foods, location, atmosphere everything was awesome. I feel a good gesture here. You can plan your Hi Tea for your birthday, anniversary, kitty party, soci - get together here. You can also plan your lunch and dinner for corporate meets, events, soci - get together here. There is also a Bar counter available here. My experience was good. The behaviour of service staff and counter staff were also very polite.

The staff and the management here are very rude and won't listen to what you have to say. After finding a hair in our starter, they refused to cancel the order and even charged for it. The soup was so cold that there was a layer on top of it. Dont try any 2 different type of chilli there because the base is exactly the same and the dish had a large amount of salt. After the above fiasco, we had to leave the restaurant after eating half the starters only. Visited there with my family, gave it a second chance, 1st experience was also very bad. Same thing happened food was cold, base gravy was same, staffs were rude. Would not recommend..

I have booked the hotel for my engagement party there and everything was wonderful there. The food was amazing, service was best and staffs were really great. You can book this hot without any second thought.

Absolutely loved the food there. Although on the costlier side but the food is worth the money. Great staff and fast service

Food quantity is very less according to price...I order chicken clear soup it is full of bell paper and cabbage....not smells good....quantity less...very clear like water...chicken is nly 2 3 pc that is of 2/3 gm each.....not worthy from a 3star hotel...if order from zomato also take too much tym to deliver.

We went for lunch today after a long time to this place. For starters we ordered Tandoori Mushroom and Pizza along with cold coffee and Virgin Mojito Well the mushroom was too delicious, mouth watering however the pizza base was like papad too crusty and we left the whole pizza , drinks were also good best part was mojito was made with fresh mints and lime not with the ready made syrup Then we ordered Hakka noodles and Manchurian,- Palatable and enjoyable The portion quality and taste is really good and th service too Please improve the pizza base even though I am a hotelier The pizza can be much better (base crust wise not too papad type)

Highly priced with average quality food. Waiting time is too much with slow service and untrained waiters. Not recommended.

So called star Hotel, service pathetic. Only the food and service at Tulsi Restaurant (pure veg) is good. Rooms are very small. No customer support. The service manager is rude.
