HOTEL The Reverent Ganga - Hotel in Haridwar - Haridwar, India

The only USP is for this hotel is that it is just at Har ki pauri and they have lift.. Otherwise the rooms were tooo small..staff is too arrogant..service is just ok not good at all..the staff thinks 3-4 times before helping. They have a checkout time at 12 p.m. after that they just switch off the electricity for the room which is not done anywhere n unacceptable. After that their staff only comes to take your stuff and make the room empty. They provide morning tea after 8:30 which is too late.. Blankets were full of dust.. Cleanliness is ok according to other rooms available at har ki pauri

Rarely I post reviews for hotels coz I have worked in hotel industry for years and years and so I know the hard work involved behind maintaining the hotel. However, I just checked in to the hotel and I felt it was a complete waste of money. I paid more than my previous category coz I upgraded but the rooms no where looks like maharaja rooms. They are pathetic. No painting done in years I think. We were given room with so much dirt on the floor. We finally liked one room but the staff all of a sudden increased the rate to change the room. So from standard room to maharaja room I'm already paying double the price but now just to change room I shall more money. I mean wow this is extremely crazy. The hotel entrance is bad. Anyways they finally managed to give me a family room so let's see how my stay goes for 1 and half day for which I feel I have completely wasted my money.

Amazing location with a great view and amazingly courteous and helpful staff. Room are clean and service is very good too. A great hotel to stay specially if one gets Ganga Facing room

One of the best hotel in haridwar, near to har ki pauri ,service were good, staff was cooperative overall a nice stay with the hotel.

I visited the place with my 2 years old baby . 1)Poor experience at the hotel, the rooms are not that spacious, the pictures are misleading. 2) Also the hotel is near to main road and market so there's constant noise from the vehicles, even at night, couldn't even sleep properly. 3) you have to walk full 1 km from main road parking with ur luggage and child by yourself as no transportation facility is available. 4)No meals for child you have to search yourself for the meal. 5)On top of it they do not get sign any duty slip and at the time of check out they end up charging you with unwanted charges of tea and water. 6)You have to ask for a bottle of water and wait for 30 mins and even more to het the same from them. 7)They also charge on you for glasses and cups kept in room with the false allegation of theft and charge you for the same. 8)They have made so many steps inside the room and that to anywere without any caution marks because of which my mother age of 62 fallen 2 times and i myself had dis balanced several time which is HIGHLY RISKY. Please please please DO NOT DO Not book this hotel. Highly overpriced with ZERO facilities and no service.

Great place if you want to stay near Harki ki pauri. The hotel is situated exactly next to Harki Pauri. The hotel doesn't have grand entrance unlike other but the rooms are spacious and clean. They also serve home like delicious food. The hotel is situated at the centre of the market so you can find a lot of eateries around. I selected the room that was facing the street so it was little noisy but still far better than the other hotels that i checked around.
