Worst service, if you want to stay in this property in winters, be carefull no gyser for hot water. you have to carry you blanket, they will ask for you to pay complete payment in advance after that they will not provide any services to you, even breakfast will not provide to you after promising either in your package staff is to totally worst. the front desk person Nitin Vishnoi beahve like the king of the palace or sarkaari babu.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful.

Worst Hospitality, untrained, rude staff, especially Mr Nitin Bishnoi who was at reception, took all money in advance and after that they didn't care, not provided quilt , and they promised breakfast is included in this, after they took all money in advance , they just have given a tea and bread in the name of breakfast, Worst hotel experience in entire life

The stay was very comfortable but what made me write here was the incredible taste of food. It's one of the best I had in Kashipur. I can't just mention one dish because all of it tastes so good. And the staff is also co-operative.

Great rooms and service and you can't beat the location n great spot to grab drinks or spend a night relaxing and enjoying njoying the scenery..

Room is neat and clean very tasty and good quality food such a peaceful place no complains.MUST STAY!!

I booked 2 rooms for 6 persons. I stayed in this hotel 2 times in the 3rd and 4th week of Sept 2017 for 1 night. It was my professional tour. In my 1st tour we reached the hotel at 2am in the night and i checkout at 9.30 am in morning. I faces many problems in room washroom and service etc. I think that due to late check in i faces problems. I complaint and also give suggestion to the manager and he assured me that they will take care in future. As per assurance of the hotel manager i again booked this hotel in 4th week of sept 2017. I also called the owner of property and told to him regarding problems faces in my previous stay in room no 203. I was astonished to see that when i checked in hotel at 4 am in morning...the same room no 203 was allotted to me. at the time of check in i requested and they change my room but in 2nd room there was so many problems like leakage in flush and there was no dustbin and shower was not properly working and bed linen was not update. I checked out 9.30 in the morning and complaint to staff and also call to owner but they did not take it seriously. I highly recommend to all not to visit this hotel...
