Worst hotel. Service is bad. Staff is not from hotel industry and due to that very arrogant. They don't know how to run a hotel, they don't understand how to speak with customers. Single occupancy two half liter bottles. Double occupancy, same 2 half liter bottles. When asked two more bottles, they said, no. You have to pay. They don't refill the tea supplies regularly. We have to ask. When they provided, they gave 3 sachets of milk powder, 3 dip tea, 3 coffee sachets, 3 sugar sachets. When asked what is the logic of such calculation for 2 people, the person said, mujhe malum nahi. Mujhe aapko dene ke liye bola. Huh..... Parking at B2 level has no lights at all. Absolutely no lights even on staircases. When told, they switched the lights ON in front of elevator on B2 level. The stairs is behind the lift and light does not reach there. Lift goes to 8th floor only. For going to 9th and 10th floor with luggage, you have to take stairs. For two people no two room card keys. Have to deposit the card key at reception. Extra key would cost Rs. 1000 if we lose it. Wow..... There is no restaurant. Breakfast has 3 dishes. Poha, breadbutter and puri bhaji. 2 cut fruits, tea/coffee. The coffee maker person is so dumb that when asked to make coffee stronger he straight away dipped the same stirring spoon in the coffee box. Really these are not professionals. All in all hotel location is good. But service personnel are pathetic. Looking to the overall quality, the charges should be Rs. 1200 per night.

Hotel manager rude behaviour... He check at After 11 pm how many persons in our room ... What Nonsense.... We are 5 person in room .. but give only 2 beds and 1 person slept down... Hotel other staff (worker) was very good...

The product (room quality and fittings) is top quality but service needs improvement. There were lot of areas where there can be improvement namely preparation of room for check in, adherence of breakfast timing, taking care of urgent requests by guests, etc. Parking is available at basement, and one can take the elevator directly to hotel. Location is okay since roads in Gandhinagar are very good and you can reach any place in vicinity without a fuss.

A good restaurant in Gandhinagar area. Rooms were quite good, near and clean and specious for a family of 3. There is a great scope in improvement of Staff behaviour. There seems to be communication Gap between Hotel and Restaurant manager,while I checked in i was told Restaurants was running and then once I checked IN i was told it was closed,just within 20mins of time,was a bad experience. Also they didn't served the breakfast in restaurant,it was sent to room with limited option. There seems to be a good scope of improvement.

It's very much near Gandhinagar capital railway station and very comfy stay neat and clean food is also tasty and hygienic

I suggest to my all friends this is a best hotel in Gandhinagar for staying with family and with your partner. hotel staff is very humble and service is very good food taste is also very tasty. I enjoyed many dishes. hotel rooms are very luxury and comfortable.

Best hotel in Gandhinagar it's new facility located in prime area. We stayed there for 4 nights and our entire stay was pleasant. Big and spacious rooms with all amenities are available. Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Especially Akash front office guy who is very helpful in quickly letting us complete the check in and hassle free check out. Also helped me to get a taxi at the midnight to airport. Breakfast is with limited options, but I am sure they will gradually develop this area as well. It's located at the 8,9,10 floors of Skyline tower which is newly built. Well secured and family friendly hotel in Gandhinagar. Loved our stay thank you
