The worst hotel in Mumbai. Room is not clean. Insects kr all over room. You thik you are alone in room but no their is a lizard family already book that room and bed is very bed smell and not clean plus it's not comfortable. And top of that room smell like cigarette smoke all time you feel vomit for that. And washroom is all dirty and not clean everywhere cigarette filter remaining . And most importantly their in bed their is a stran on the sheet and girls heir all over the place. You don't even feel to set that room. I don't even recommended this pathetic hotel to my enemy. I experience worst night in this hotel.

Worst hotel of my life ..cockroaches found on bed we change two time in boths room ..not water camp clean and bathroom so bad coming smel ...you can't live in room if maintain youself as clean .. review good given on Google 5/5 is them people only ..

Pire hotel au Sri Lanka a ce prix. L'hotel est tenu par un vieil homme qui n' a aucun interet pour son travail et les gens. Chambre desuete, service inexistant, confort spartiate des lieux a 5 $.' es photos du site sont mises en scene, l'hotel est vieux et a besoin de plein de renovations. A mon arrivee , le proprietaire m'appelle au telephone et me propose une autre chambre pour un supplement de 1500 rps . A notre arrivee: Toilette pleine , chasse d'eau pas tiree. Chambre desuete a minima Fenetre hyper sale, toile araignee sur le coin du seul meuble pour poser le sac. L'hotel est loin de tout . Aucun restaurant a proximite, on se sent coince. La publicite parle de television elle se trouve dans l'entree et c'est pour le vieil homme. Le premier soir le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, le proprietaire a mis 24 h pour alimenter son compte et nous a dit que si on est pas content , on peut partir ( a 21h) . Le vieil homme deambule torse nu super poilu... La chambre est beaucoup trop chere ( 18$ canadiens) pour ce qu elle offre.

worst condition hotel seen in my past 8 years of experience. At the time of arrival hotel boy said me to wait outside for 30min as there is no room left (pls note there was no management) while it was showing online that there is only 3 rooms left in this hotel. I have booked "Delux Room with breakfast" but he told me that you have to stay in this room only, room condition photos is attached for your kind reference along with bathroom, flash was broken, toilet paper was not there, no bathroom kit given by them, (shower was poor & in not working condition) room mirror was spotted with paan (tobacco) & was dirty you can see in photo. at time of breakfast he was demanding extra charge, I said my breakfast is already included then he said you have to choose between bread omlet & bread butter with tea & there is no other option is here to provide free breakfast. I will not recommend to anyone...

Pathetic hotel..slum area hotel situated ..no any type of service you will get..small room.no heat water facility.bed is used not clean.No mugs and bucket are in damged stage..no tv wifi available.. dirty area in room,lights are blinking.you sleep on road but don't go for it...no room service .even they are denied to provide the bath soap and shampoo which is always complementary..ac is not working properly. Total waste of money.

Hotel Star Palace is a well located property. They really had an impressive service and provided very comfortable accommodation. People working there are very well interactive and cooperative. The overall performance of the hotel was quite good. I definitely can prefer this hotel in future.

Only good thing is the location. Its located near "The Lalit" International Airport mumbai. Breakfast is bread, egg omlette and a cup of tea given in room. OK for one night. Avoid if you are with family though there is nothing wrong.

Every thing was fine over there. I stayed over there and stay was very comfortable. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are completely fine. Food was also perfect there, very hygienic and delicious food was perfect there. Location is fine. Nice accommodation and amenities are available over there. Hotel is very neat and clean.
