They Switched off AC whenever they wish,
AC remote are not provided
Bed Sheet and towel are not Clean
Intercom doesn't work
they dont provide buckets
Hot water for bath is unavailable
Blankets were nor provided
Lift gets breakdown whenever luggage needs to be loaded and unloaded

A decent hotel. Restaurant is not working due to Covid, but the rest it. Staff is helpful, and rooms are basically clean & spacious
