We stayed at this Hotel and our stay was average as they charged us Rs 2000/- plus GST but they never gave invoice at the time of check out. There is no Tea/Coffee maker in rooms. The size of rooms are small with basic amenities. No fan in rooms and the view from the rooms are not good due to location. There is few hundred meters of walking also evertime you come out of the Hotel to reach the Mall road. Over all and average Hotel. Stay here only if you don't get room around the main mall road

Local GuideI have checked in today at Hotel Sheel on 08.05.2023 at Room No 67 in first floor. Room is little bit small but clean and a stretched balcony is accessible. The Manager and service team are very good manner and we'll behavior. The taste of food of its restaurant are delicious . It's a budget Hotel near mall road. As car is not go upto the hotel for no entry zone, you have to walking distance from AG Chowk..approx 5-7 minutes. Collies are available here to carry the luggage @Rs. 100.00. It may be in the one of the selection list if you consider for a budget 3 star property near mall road.

Local GuideHad a pathetic experience. They charged us 3700 Rs. for a tiny normal room and a non-ac dirty taxi for a useless ride to Kufri. Hotel room was cold.. They didn't provide hot water bags even on demand.. The bathroom door was eaten by termites at places. Tap was leaking, Towels were not clean, staff was ridiculously rude, food was average, tea was watery with a little milk.. Overall made our stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

They charged 9,000 us room was ok ok and taxi provided to us is uncomfortable they charged over amount ,staff was very rude ,no AC no fan. it's worthless for 9000 rs. Bathroom geyser is not working if I asked to owner he behaved rudely ,1st time I had very bad experience

Local GuideFamous hotel around the area. Among many hotels, this was little cheaper. We were 3 and we were charged 1300 per day. We booked for 2 days. Geyser, hot drinking water, bed sheets, warm bedding, enough size cupboard for 2 people, clean bathroom, well behaved staff. 2 cons: Staff didn't showed up for room cleaning. They didn't gave plates for outside food. Little packed room which might not good for longer time.

Local GuideVery bad experience. Staff very rude. Room not clean. Room service not available. Rooms are too costly. Towels and soop etc items not provide by hotel. Led tv not working. Food luch etc not available. pillow and quilt are smelly. Please don't chose this hotel

Local GuideVery bad experience, third class rooms dirty bedsheet and pillow cover even rajai / Rugs are faul smelling, dirty bathroom, gizer is controlled by staff, electricity is improper, no proper behaviour of staff and bad room services , food is lowest in quality cheated with car provided by them one and only positive thing is that they are near to mall road that's it all! please don't waste your money here!

Local GuideVery cooperative staff. Very close to Kali Bari temple. Fairly close to mall road(500 mt). Very tasty food available within the hotel. The only missing thing is car parking. Car parking is little far away. Otherwise (5/5) very good stay all over...
