Rooms are good as the prices but staff here are worst, they don't have manners at all and services are also very poor here, no recharge on tv, no lift for 2nd floor rooms as well
Being a comfortable costumer for 3rd time , this Hotel is Absolutely mind boggling as no less than the Business class Hotels ,loved the stay . Good hygiene of bedsheets and well maintained towels & they keep on refurnish the things . Good connectivity of wifi too .Typical response on problems, they will shift the room if available when ur uncomfortable. Proper reception and staff response . Every thing is fully functional in the room . Great privacy from all sides , tasty food and Ro/mineral water . What not - they maintain everything better than a 3 star property . Pandri market is nearby 1km . Station, Ambhuja are nearby 3-4km .

It was good and comfortable. They also provide kitchen services and the food was good at affordable prices. The only problem I faced is due to google maps which took me to a shallow street and we really found alot of traffic in our way.
1.Very worst stafff and his behaviour.
2.very bad service infact their are no service he provided.
3. I'm booking online room but when we reach their hotel , He increased the price of his room and refused to check in.
4.food cost and quality was incomprehensible.
5. Location was very unsafe
6.You will neither find any taxis nor any food in this area!

Worst Experience .Hotel charging 1800 per night .... and have got nothing upto standard.No shower, No house keeping , smelly ,no TV recharge ,no AC service , even Room service ph not working to order bottles of water. Hotels of Raipur is degrading its name. No stay suggestions.
Charged Rs200 extra for only extra 1 hr after checkout time, never informed about it, just called once to remind but didn't mentioned about extra charge, I have stayed at many hotels and complimentary 1 hr time is given by every hotel. And instead talking about your policies, speed up finishing your rooms first, then apply your policies.
Under 2k rooms but staff is really slow that makes ur return to the place quite unlikely not so happy with services but location is like really good no city noise so if they improve it can be recommended place to stay but for now am not gonna recommend it.
Rooms were adequate but nothing special, but for the price rooms were decent. Service is alright but there aren't many services available, even food wasn't available or cold drinks. They closed the shutter at night and couple of times behaved like it was a institutional hostel rather than a hotel.
