went to the restaurant here. and food is good.
It was really a very bad experience, never experienced such a bad hotel management.
Location wise place is good . But talk about rooms and other ambience is not good. Staff is very cooperative. But management need to take immediate action of cleaning part and renovation part inside the room. Food taste I say not bad not good it's ok type. There is restaurant service also available. According to room condition I must say they are charging little high and one important thing is you will not get complementary breakfast along with room tariff.
If you're fond of Non-veg just try here Chilli Chicken and Butter chicken. Both are the best dishes in Shahjahanpur at Satyam Hotel.

Earlier food was good but now a time they even started serving bad quality food, we ordered Dosa along with some other food Dosa was not good in quality and when we approached to billing counter his behaviour was even not good was surprised that he was taking care of one good city restaurant, instead of listening our concern he did not say anything and even was not interested to ask anything who made it even waiter was telling that taste was bit different even though bill counter person did not understand, i would never prefer anyone for this restaurant hoping upper management will take care of this and try to put staff/cook like earlier,

Food is good. Staff is very helpful. Management is bit lazy. They need to welcome guest with courtesy and ask for feedback. Needs to focus on cleanliness. Overall it is good. No proper parking for huge gatherings.
