The rooms are not good. The light of the bathroom was put out autometically. I have told the staffs about the issue. They told me that electrician will come to my room immidiately. I have booked the room for two days. But I haven't seen an electrician for a single time. So, overall I had a very bad experience. Please don't go for this hotel. only pros is that the hotel is nearest to Asansol Junction Railway Station.

They need to keep the rooms more clean and nice. The washrooms window are broken. Need to repair it. And for 2 days they gave only 1 towel. So little customer service needs to be taken care

It's a very good place to stay and also the food is great
