This is by far best property we have ever been at.superb location, peacefull, service is impeccable and hotel restaurant has excellent food the driver up the mountain in Mandi was not easy but the views on the way up were worth it.i would recommend this hotel 100 percent

The hotel has a very good luxury but the hotel staff is very bad and there is no manners to talk. Murray did not like this hotel at all.

The rooms were clean ,very comfortable , staff was very friendly . The best thing is they provided me medecine at mid night aroud 2 pm. I would love to go there again

We had lunch here and it was good. They have multiple menu options who can serve the dishes in 15 - 20mins and they have authentic special dishes too. Overall good food experience when we are on the way from Kullu to Chandigarh road.

Awesome food. The river view from dining space is awesome. We stopped here for lunch while coming back from Manali. They have a back gate opening to the river bank. Due to time shortage we couldn't go to the river bank. But next time it's must. The workers in the restaurant were very welcoming. The food quality and quality were both good.

I am giving them one star only because the tea was good. Everything else (including food, hospitality, hygiene and experience) was not so good. The waiter was not in the mood to take snacks order and kept saying that it's dinner time, nothing else would be served. All the food we ordered were filled with oil, especially spring roll. The waiter and owner both were very rude and didn't know how to handle a customer. The hotel owner started arguing with us when we put up the oil issue in the food. He was way out of line that he even threatened us along with our driver. This kind of madness in intolerable. This hotel should not exist with this kind of hospitality.
