Hotel Ritz - Hotel in Port Blair - South Andamans, India

Room size is descent, TV doesn't work well due to frequent DTH signal loss. Wifi isn't available during my stay. MOBILE Network is poor inside the hotel areas and rooms. Room which I got had leakage issues in bathroom. Geyser is their but due to leakage etc, hot water wasn't available. Hotel infrastructure is old, need of an improvement and modernize. Wifi or Internet availability at Hotel would have been better.

There was no facility of wifi as said, the walls of the room was so dirty, lots of mosquito was there....spider was in the bathroom, not only that the switch board was pathetic..the plug points were not working properly...drinking water was not provided. When we asked for another room,the old man in the reception was so rude and replied "it is just absolutely okey room,no problem is there.."the matress was dirty.even lots of problem were there in the bathroom, the shower was in was pathetic condition.it was just horrible, the tap near pan was broken.on the first day there ere no water in bathroom.,we had to ask three times for that.There was a bad smell in the room all the time..some lights were not working even.the place of the basin was so dirty that we could not even use that for hand wash.it was horribly dirty.The only thing which is good is the location of the hotel.nothing is more good except that. It was a total wastage of money.

Budget hotel in peaceful location. Market is at walkable distance. water logging in room due to rain. Breakfast is descent. Internet and connectivity is poor in the hotel and surrounding areas. Overall my stay is satisfactory.

Basically it is a lodge not a hotel. No room service, no adequate staff, only two person for whole hotel, No one to carry your luggage to your rooms, no balcony in the rooms to dry your clothes and very congested hotel. And room rent to service ratio is nill 0/5. I personally stayed in this hotel for two days and I was fed up with their rude and unprofessional behaviour. Never book this so called hotel(lodge) online. Overall experience 1 out of 5, and in terms of behaviour 0/5. And to get more details ask me anytime Thank you.

Very comfortable hotel I have stay ever... Management was very good... Me and my husband stayed here for a week.. It was a wonderful delight for me.... The staff helped us all tour arrangements... Very well trained staff was available.... I would be very thankful to Mr Irshad(manager)..

As description says, it isn't a star hotel. Rooms were just okay. Worst part was bathroom which was clogged and nothing was done. Can be better in terms of service. Since it was raining heavily, room had leakage which was another headache. Overall all i can say is stay away from here coz you can find better budget hotels there .

It's a budget hotel and the money is for the location which is perfect as it very near to the market, Bank and ATM ,bus station, harbour. Don't look for room services. Hotel room has geyser, ac, TV and power backup 24X7. It's approx 20 min walking to cellular Jail, Rajiv Gandhi Watersports Complex. Don't look for luxury and then you will be happy. Breakfast was complimentary and good.

The hotel is well located at few minutes from Phoenix bay jetty. The hotel is very clean, looks as renovated recently. Since they don't have kitchen facility you need to have the food outside or you can order food in prior. The staff over here are friendly.
