No TV NO hot water only location is near st stand

Food has limited choices, but it is very good.Value for money, staff is very friendly.

Place was neat and clean, hotel staff was extremely humble towards the guests. We had taken the 2 rooms for 4 hours and we vacated the place and traveled near by places. When we returned we were searching a place to freshen up, there came our hero the owner of the hotel who helped us by providing us a room to freshen up. I really like the way he took care of customers.

Very Good as a budget hotel. Only cash payment accepted....unless booked online. Cuisine is very limited, some items in menu aren't available, almost home-like, tasty, pocket friendly (thali for 150 contains 4 rotis, 2 sabjis, jeera rice, dal fry, papad, raita, pickle) and is PURE VEG. Outside food is supposed to be prohibited but made special request to order a pizza from Dominos for my brother who met us for a little while .... So thumbs up for staff being flexible to the customer's needs. Food service is slow... would suggest ordering some 30min before planned supper time. Mainly place seems a bit understaffed (only see some 4-5 employees) and they start cooking from scratch only after receiving food order. Otherwise staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was good and of good size, clean with clean sheets and pillows. Soaps and towels were provided by the hotel. Our room had a cupboard, big mirror, TV, AC, double bed, 2 seater sofa, a chair and coffee table. There are even rooms with 3 beds in this hotel but unfortunately there was some repairs going on in them so couldn't get one. There are some smaller than ours as well (no sofas in them). AC worked like a charm, there are a few things needing fixing like the door bell, fan control, shower water pressure, some water damage on the wall, doors not shutting easily etc. but these were small issues and ignorable. Main controls for AC are with the staff at reception (to easily convert rooms to non-ac or to switch them off incase a customer forgets). Even the water heater controls are with them and it is NOT ON 24/7.... had to call reception a good 15-30min before going for bath, but when it comes, water is hot. This place even has an elevator and free wifi. Located close to the main ST bus stand.

Hotel management was not good at all and hotel manager was very rude he even didn't know how to talk with customer. And hotel manager refuse the booking too after hearing call recording he confirmed booking it's some kind of joke At 10 pm he is saying u don't have booking Aud the time of booking I clear all my points And now he say u have to pay extra charges Hence my experience was very very Bad

I have booked 5-6 rooms here, for almost 2 days. By mistake i left my expensive headphones in a room n left hotel. I called very next day asking for the same but got answer that no sir we didn't found any i asked all my guest but no one has collcted that. That means one of their staff member has stolen that and now Deny that they have one. So my suggestion is that think twice before booking this hotel nd if u booke pls take care of your stuff.

Rooms are not clean. Our bedsheet were all messed up and dirty. Room had that smell as if its not been operation from quite a while. We had our stay for one day. We booked AC room but AC was not operational. Decent stay option as per cost.

This is one of the worst hotels I've booked * in Nagpur. The TV here is not working since morning and in evening when we enquired we get different answers from various staff some saying complaint has been given to cable operator and he will visit soon, which has not happened even after 3 hours, other saying recharge is not done and owner has to do the recharge. Also the bathroom wall has wet patch on it, water doesn't flow from bathroom floor, door ply is peeling off from inside, even we had to ask them to give us fresh towels as they had just dried our used towels in the room. Nice and comfortable stay,*good but a bit expensive food, easy location
