Hotel plaza - Hotel in Mayapur, Bamanpukur - Nadia, India

Went there last week only. The rooms are very small, with no proper facilities. In AC rooms AC doesn't work properly. They actually kept a fully drenched doormat in our room. If you are scared of insects, then this hotel is a big no-no for you because there are lizards in almost all the rooms. In room no. 102, there were 4 lizards, and 2 in 203 and 202. Think before you go there.

Horrible !!!! Hotel is always dirty. Owner and manager unable to manage their own staff. Bedding was dirty. Fans in almost all the rooms are not working properly. Very poor toilet. No toiletries supplied and even no towels. No bills provided although the reception has collected the total tariff in advance. They will not tell the room rent with gst. At the time of checkout when you will ask for bill they will say you have to pay extra gst to get the bill. No maintenance. Don't stay in this hotel if you are visiting Mayapur. Horrible experience.

Had there been a negative star I would had given so. the AC are not working rather better to say it acted as blower. Beds were such that it might break down anytime. And most horrible thing is the beds are placed in such a way that as soon as you step into the room you have to get up in the bed and just adjacent to it are the bathrooms.The bathrooms are stinky without any exhaust. The windows of the room starts inside the bathroom. There is no water at the middle of night and you wont find anyone to start the motor. Probably it was just a horror to stay in this hotel for 2 days.

Pathetic service, room size is very small, no wifi, no tv, no ac, and it is overpriced, don't book this hotel if u want to enjoy ur vacation

Most worst place to stay... we took the ac room but the ac was not working properly, the door knobs are broken and from the evening till tomorrow's morning there was no water... the service are the worst... you will not get any instant response from the hotel service... I would give 0 stars if possible

Sorry but bakwaas hotel. They charged 3850/- for 1 night 18 Mar- 19 Apr. Though we understand it was Holi but much-much overpriced by all standards. We were still okay since it was a late booking. Problems were, we had to ask the hotel staff (laid back we felt) to make almost everything thing to work. E.g. AC remote was not in the room, the staff came in to make it work. Geyser had to be switched on by them to make it work. TV never worked. No soaps were placed by default. Linen not so clean (seems there was low stock as per boy). There were mosquitoes in the room. Bucket was not kept. No intercom - only call at mobile number. Tea looked like some kadha , so we had to humbly decline. Only good thing was 4 of us could sleep comfortably because there were two beds.Suggest - please do bargain well for a good deal before you decide to check in here

Worst hotel. Small dirty rooms. Ill behaved staff. Charge extra for everything. Even charged Rs. 500 extra for switching on the ac when I had already paid for an ac room. The 1 star I have given is because fewer than 1 is not permissible. Better stay in the guesthouses of Iskcon. They are way better.

Really love the service. Nice hotel.
