Very bad experience. Worst hotel in vizag. We booked room in advance, paid full payment, after reaching we didn't get our room. We r shocked. Check in time in morning, we reached in evening, nd we we didn't get room. Staff behavior is very bad. Reception manager is so rude. They don't provide water bottle. Plz don't book this hotel.
Hotel Pawan Putra grand is a nice hotel. We are staying here for 3 days. It is near railway station .all type of shops are available nearby. Staffs are very nice in behaviour and co- operate. And if you are looking Bengali food just beside this hotel Bengali hotel nimantran is there all type of Bengali food is there. Overall nice experience.
This hotel will definitely disappoint your stay. Rooms smells like liquor when you enter. No house keeping staff for rooms. No hot water when you need. No wifi. No amenities. If you're late to checkout they'll steal your pocket.
Rooms are very spacious and located near railway station back gate. Front office staff is rude. We stayed only for 2 hours but rooms are near and toilets can be better.
Had a very bad experience. Had to leave immediately as I felt insecure in the room after the owner started shouting over phone demanding extra money only because the receptionist mistakenly given me the super deluxe room instead of deluxe room. Anyway the room was as dirty as it could be.

this hotel located very near to railway station...stayed in the hotel for half a day. it needs lot of improvement in terms of room ambience, wash room cleanliness, manner of service. surprised to find room service boy asking for immediate payment for water bottle!!!! lastly front desk people can't communicate in Telugu....
After roaming all the day in south india with south Indian foods & Chutneys, juat fortunately smelled a North Indian recipe where i could not resist my sense & directly jumped for Palak paneer which is my fav North dish & Ghee Roti & a Veg Thali in just 240 ( Veg Thali-120), (Palak Paneer 120/-).
