Hotel Palm Regency - Hotel in Fatehgarh - Fatehgarh Sahib, India

I wish I could rate ZERO stars. I don't consider it as hotel. No towel. No Soap. No shampoo. Even no pillow for extra bed is provided. No hot water. Phone is dead. If you want to ask something then you must go down on reception. The owner must upgrade everything.

Food service is very bad. The staff here is unprofessional no experience of food service. The quality of food also is not good. I completely dislike it

Hotel is good for stay with family. The staff behavior is very good. Hotel is neat and clean. Also, the food taste is very very good. Parking space is also available.

Hotel runs on lease. I think Leassy is not interested to improve hotels condition... Rooms n washrooms are not clean.. No shampoos no soaps. Room service is zero...

A very pleasant place to stay. Very good ambience, appreciable food taste. Ample parking space , easily reachable as it is located on the highway... truly a five star experience.
