They don't have a proper manager to manage the services to run the hotel. At the time of booking they will say we will do everything but at the party only 1 waiter they kept for service. The food quality is very bad. Servicing the cold food to the guest. The reason they give the food is prepared on the top floor and so bringing the food top floor to the hall is taking time. The chef does not know how to cook. On complaining they told me to put salt from the top. Absolutely a waste of money for the service they provide. Guests went without eating such a bad service they gave. I will recommend not to book this hotel.
Please be careful before booking, horrible service they have, shameful managers. Amusing waiters. Hardly care about your guests. Once they get their payments. They would treat your guests like donkey. I was fully insulted infront of my guests because of their stupid staffs, manager and owners
