It was a very pleasant stay the hotel. The view from the room was fantastic. I liked the pure veg. food served at the restaurant and the staff were quite joyful and made my stay comfortable. The staff was pretty cooperative and well disciplined. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially the families.

Stayed here for 10 days and right from the moment we entered the property till the time we left, I didn't find any problem. Uncle on the reception is so friendly and will constantly be all ears to your queries. The simple veg food here is reasonably cheap and best. Room service is polite and will always look after your needs. Would recommend it to anyone willing to spend time with their family or loved ones.

Location wise it's fine, also staffs are polite and hardworking. But there are a lot of issues regarding management. TV was not working, wifi was also not working, water was too dirty. Faced a lot of issues due to dirty water.

Tadong has some really great hotels. Nirvana is a newer hotel in this category. My experience here was not entirely a happy one. On one side they have a really amazing staff. They are heads on heals into making your stay a happy one.. but the manager here was not at all polite. The room that was allotted to us first wasn't a decent one, with some facilities not at all present. On being asked to change the room, the manager in specific rudely behaved with us, saying we have booked the rooms at meagre rates, we should be happy with what we got. But who is at fault, and why was this brought up? Why did you put such rates on MakeMyTrip on the first instance? Anyways, on repeated asking, and the interference of the assistant manager, we got a better room on the second day. Except for the manager and some poor maintainance of the accessories in the rooms, the stay was a good one. Thanks to the other staff. They do have a Vegetarian Restaurant that serves very Homely food at very affordable prices.

One of the best hotel experiences. Absolutely Amazing hotel in the price point. Rooms are top notch. 1. Rooms and bathroom are clean and hygienic, feels like new. Spacious big rooms with mountain views. Geyser working perfectly. Boiler also provided. 2. House keeping and room service was good. Hotel staff was very polite. Reception was very good with lots of seating area. 3. Wifi access is solid. Separate routers for each floor. 4. Food in this hotel is slight expensive. But you can find few restuarants outside. There is also a general store just below the hotel. 5. The only downside of this hotel is the location. It is in Tadong, about 20 mins from MG market. But taxis and share cabs available just outside hotel. Will take around 200 for market from hotel. Hotel Pricing and Service on point. Definitely Recommended.

hotel is on main road, opposite to sikkim manipal university. hotel is clean, transportation easily available. room is also comfortable, restaurant is OK, but very few items available. far away from mall road, family likes the hotel.

Value for money - when booked online but the service is really laid back and bad. We went during Christmas 2020, post lockdown, and most of their staff were missing. The hotel kitchen was open on paper, but the menu was very limited to 3-4 things. Kitchen and dining area was completely hay wire. The infrastructure needs more maintenance and cleanliness, even though you can clearly see that it has been built with considerable investment. We had to repeatedly request for new blankets and bedsheets because they were not washed and had small har strands all over. Only the owner and one manager/support staff were available to attend, and our cleanliness requests were not fulfilled. We had to sleep on the same bed.
