Really Bad experience. I had booked through OYO 2 days before checkin. Booking was confirmed and I had even done my payment also .But after reaching there they denied to provide room and said they don't have room available with them. And one of the hotel staff said Give us 2000 Extra we will give you entry as because OYO is giving such cheap rate, in that rate they can't give room.

Extremely poor rooms. AC didn't work, bathroom taps were all leaking. Bed sheets looked like they weren't changed. To top all the bad service they charged us extra than what was quoted in OYO. All in all a very disappointing stay. Wouldn't recommend anyone to choose this.

Quite honestly, this hotel has no interests of working with OYO anymore. The standards are absolutely not as per OYO. There are problems with each and every room. in my room - no geyser, no AC remote, TV not working etc.. etc... Hotel Management - kindly atleast justify the booking rate. Horrible stay. Definitely not going again. Good luck retaining customers
