Hotel located down the hills from M.G. Road. It may cause inconvenience to customers. Rooms & washrooms are equipped with basic amenities. Guests can enjoy delicious Indian and Chinese dishes at the restaurant. Food tastes good. Additional services like Laundry, room service, medical, power backup and luggage storage are also available at this property. I Found hotel staff is good. Overall good hotel.
Stayed here with family. It was a very nice experience. Big enough clean family or couples rooms with LED, intercom, electric kettle. Clean big bathrooms. Very good food service from the cook Mr. Dhanno. Very well behaved and helpful staffs. Specially the manager Mr. Deep is so friendly and very helpful. They arranged all the sightseeing and trips for other parts of Sikkim, like North Sikkim at reasonable price. The only minus point of the hotel is the location. It is far down from the MG marg. It's tough enough for old persons to up and down by foot.
Star rating is not described as per actual condition. Cleanliness is not so good. Also to approach to the hotel is quite tough. Services regarding the water and power supply is quite poor conditions. Need to improve the above points. Behaviour of staff is very good actualy
Was expecting a better hotel based on the reviews but a little dissappointed. <br/>1. Room sizes are smaller than expected. <br/>2. Hotel is around 15 minutes from the mall road and the path is very steep. <br/>3. Cleanliness is poor. Toiletries were not changed in our entire stay. <br/>4. The reception staff was not very polite to us. <br/>We booked the tour for Gangtok and Darjeeling from yatra.com and this hotel was the worst part about it.
A hotel with great ambience, rooms are well spacious, well equipped. Cafeteria is bit small. Service is excellent. Location wise little interior but a walk of 10-15 min will take you to the main market of Gangtok.
It's a great experience to stay here... Great room ambient, well behaved staffs, quality and testy food... and many more.. Recommended to stay here... One more advantage is ...you need not to move here and there for tour plan...
Local people behaviour were too rude with tourist. They are not coperative.system was not transparent, they looted money. No management helping tourist, even they are haressed us and our collegeious. They ruled monopoly. If we want to know about transparency, they harssed us, even gangtok police not helping. Car driver to hotel receptionist looted money. Nature was awesome but these local people are not good. They want money only.
