A place should be reviewed, keeping in mind, the business sense in providing facilities... for the amount of business this place would get, the cost is affordable and facilities are you good. Good seating space in the restaurant and excellent views from there...

Very friendly owner and super polite staff. The guesthouse is surrounded by a breathtaking area. Rooms were very clean with crispy white blankets. Food at the beautifull rooftop restaurant was also tasty. Felt very safe! Thank you and see you soon again.

The rooms, the service, the food, the people are all of the most lowest quality. Do not waste your time or money on this place. I hope google adds a 0 star level. We had 2 rooms and one of the AC, TV, and phones didn't work. The staff was unavailable or apathetic. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Not even breadbutter was available. They only had omelet and upma which was cooked by someone with no smell or taste buds. How can a hotel be bad at everything... Do not go for the looks of this place.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!! There are no stars for this pathetic hotel. The staff is insensitive and are doing their business illegally. We had booked a room through treebo and also received a confirmation regarding the same. After we reached the hotel the receptionist casually explains us that there are no rooms available and you might go to some other hotel in the night at around 8 pm. After we made arguments, the staff convinced us to take a look at the beighbourhood hotel which was completely empty . They were trying to accomodate us in the next hotel which had no AC and other facilities. They have been in this business of rejecting the rooms in their own hotel and then sending the customers to the next hotel I suggest that this illegal practice of theirs should be stopped. They have harrassed us late at night and then are not even courteous to apologize.

Had a pleasant stay on way to Goa from Mumbai. Hotel is well maintained. Good food and secured parking. Mr. Sachin at the hotel was very caring and helpful.

Yukk! Dirty unhygienic toilets.. worst than those dirty busstand toilets...

The hotel rooms and service is excellent.The hotel staff is very cooperative. Especially Mr.Sachin Bhakre at reception was very attentive , sincere and cooperative.
