Rooms are small but clean and tidy with essential amenities. The only issue is it's food quality is not good and is overpriced. But giving 5 star because of its service and staff behaviour. Don't go by the telephonic conversation which might give you a second thought. It is indeed much better when you visit. Very near to main market and ghat.

Overall very Good experience. Stone's throw away from har ki Pauri. Although small but good basic rooms with all necessary facilities. Mansa devi mountain view from restaurant and rooms was an add on. Downstairs it's a busy area and narrow lanes with good restaurants, gowshala etc. hotel provided luggage pick up and drop to nearby govt deen dayal parking.

Very good place next to Ganga ji ghat. Though inside narrow lanes but that is the best thing because you are right in the market the moment you step out of hotel. Have a 1 or 2 hour walk and back to hotel to take rest. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is excellent. Special thanks to naveen ji and Pramod ji for coordinating with the booking. Every time during my next visit, this is where I am going to stay.

Nice staying at the hotel with good hospitality. Specially Gaurav is very nice gentle and energetic, helped us a lot. Very near to the holy Ganga river. Only problem is car can't go to the hotel because of narrow lane, but hotel staffs help you to reach to your destination. Again many thanks to Gaurav......

Rat was in the Room and the price didn't match the service. Will Recommend the Owner to do Pest control at a Regular interval. And kindly change your bedsheets and pillow cover etc need maintenance specially in room no. 104 and serve breakfast and kindly put the price on Front desk. And please print some good quality menu card.

Location and rooms are good enough. There are plenty of shops nearby like for food, shopping. Most appreciable part was service provided. They really try to provide very good service to guest. I remeber Gaurav helped in luggage to airport and was very polite, helpful. Same for all employees, they are ready to answer your querries. Help in finding cab. people are really nice and kind there.

Location is very close to har ki kauri so if you are looking for stay close to har ki pauri then it's walking distance. It's opposite Kusha ghaat, though the lane is very narrow to enter. Rooms are small but very tidy and clean. The restaurant has a hill view and you can see Mansa Devi temple from glass window while having breakfast in restaurant. Overall we had good experience.

Location, staff behaviour, especially Mr. Yogesh who stayed in touch throughout and really good food makes it worthy of getting 5 stars. Rooms are smaller but manageable and clean!
