Hotel Krishna and Restaurent - Hotel in Bikaner - Bikaner, India

Worst Hotel at Bikaner. We have checked in 8 AM and checked out at 11 AM as rooms are darty, no cleaning activity, no lights in room. Toilet is darty. Even we could not lock out room. They took cash for full day without giving any receipt. When we talked for return of money, they refused. Before booking owner received my call, but after this he didn't receive my call. They are cheater. No 1 cheater hotel at Bikaner. Please don't enter this hotel.

Thanks to goibibo team for providing a good stay at very low price all facilities are found on one rooftop restaurant and bar and location is fabulous infront of railway station and bus station great hospilaty service is very good. I prefer this hotel for other travellers for a pleasant stay. thanks once again team goibibo and all hotel staff.

it was a horrible experience. only one plus point is hotel is just in front of railway station . rooms are okay but surroundings is very dirty smells like hell. everywhere bear bottles n wastes scattered. also bar is associated within complex smell always comes. rooms r not sound proof .. even a small click sound of one room can be audible to next. toilets have very old pipe lines that's why bathrooms smells bad, n spoils ur mood. I booked for 2 days but checked out in 1 day only because of d fear my wife felt every second... don't go fr this hotel

Staff behaviour is very very very bad they didn't know how to talk with a coustomer or guest. M not happy with staff boy he use very cheap language when m going to hotel for check in he was sleeping nd after half hour Knocking the door he wake up nd then after some tym the electricity problem was occur so agn i knock da door for half hour then he open Tha door i tell him the coolar nd fan is not wrking so pls change my room he tell me if u hv a problem so what i do?? How cheap language the guest gave you 700 rs for two person nd it's ur language m really shocked nd i tell him pls gave me a pillow for sleeping he told me he told me we didn't have pillow if u want to sleep so go in ur room... What a cheap language used by staff boy in early mrng i checkout from hotel nd go to other hotel. M totally unhappy with ur hotel services. Whorst hotel in bikener. I book through make my trip thay don't accept it. Staff behavior is very bad. They are drinking alcohol in reception.

At an extremely convenient location - right opposite the railway station, 5 minutes from the Junagarh fort, 3 minutes from the shopping areas. Rooms are spacious enough and hot water available throughout the day. The hotel management (Mr Vinit) deserves an extra star for the excellent service extended to us. The management also arranged for an experienced and a friendly guide (Mr Sanjay) to show around the Junagarh fort, Lalgarh Palace, Vaishno Dham, the Rampuria Havelis , Lakshminath Temple and the Bhandasar Jain temple. No brainer for a budget traveler!!

had a pleaseant stay there, ita was a great meet with mr. virat , such a humble man he is, hotelier staff was good , behaviour good , delicious food , i will prefer this hotel . clean nd safe , well secure hotel , easy to find and well locate stay !
