It always a great experience I I been there several times it's really good and comfortable
The rooms are good but the light problem is there but regardless the behaviour of the staff is good they take a extra step to make you comfortable.

The hotel was very hygienic, the room was clean and spacious. I'm impressed with how well they maintain the sanitary conditions. The price was affordable. The location was good as it was near the bus stand. But the AC in my room wasn't working and the service here was not good at all.
OYO has become fraud now. Never ever trust on it now. We did not get any room after booking & reaching at hotel. They asked to extra charge & we had to pay. Next day i call custumer care but no support to us, even oyo is favouring of hotel staff. I have call record proof. So Im suggeting you all my innocent indian people, dont let you be fool by oyo. Immediately remove app & delete your all accounts from your phone if you cant take action on it, so even just do it for your self future safety. It is a scam now. The discount prices shows you is all to deceive you. I think oyo is now only trying to show its custumers reach & their data collection to list their-self in stock exchange to use all of us. It doesn't makw any difference to oyo that you got your booked room or not. If Got it ? Than Thank You.
The service is pathetic. The staff is horrible. They turned off the AC from the reception automatically as they have the access to it without the guest permission. The manager and the staff did not care about the people living there , they were having drinks. At the time of check out they snatched our phones from our hand and stated that we have too rate them with 5 stars for which we refused. The proprty manager itself was drunk and didnot care about the complaints. We called oyo customer care several times as we booked this hotel from that website however, oyo also did not helped us they put us on hold and kept on hold for almost 20 mins and then disconnected the call.
In starting oyo will show 600 rupees to you and when you visit here you have to pay double to them. Because they don't follow oyo's policy. They will charge you according to their desire. I will recommend everyone not to visit here.
