Hotel Green Hills - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

1) Services are very bad. 2) We were provided previous day cooked rice. 3) Washrooms are very small and geysers provide cold water, also flow of water in the taps are very slow.

One of the worst hotels. No power almost all the time so the geyser didn't work. Service is very poor and the food is very average. The drainage sound near/in the building is very annoying. Bedding is fine but other amenities are poor. Need to climb steep stairs to reach the hotel which is again not very convenient. Overall Not recommended.

The Rooms were extremely Thr behavior of thr Hotel staff was terrible They were behavior extra bad if we were to convey some problems about our rooms to them as if we were staying for free The food was eatable At least better than behavior of thr staff and thr their rooms

Very bad experience we visited during jan 2021 the rooms were freezing cold with constant sound of a drain nearby you have to pass a public toilet before entering hotel. Its step acent towards mg marg is a no go for elderly people . Lastly the behaviour of room service personal and staff will make you feel that you are staying for free. They will charge rs400 for heater extra last but not the least we were served tea on paper cups early morning the cause they said no cup available . I recently visited there on 04.04.21 & 07.04.21.I was totally chitted.Google can't allow me to post the full review. But one thing i want to say 3rd class management & the owner Alok Poddar behavior is very bad. Don't book this hotel otherwise you will be chitted.

Although I don't have an idea about green hills but I know Alok poddar the owner of this hotel he was a tour planner for our trip to dooars and Kalimpong. I must say it was a big disappointment. His only communication would be for asking money. Other than one particular stay all the other ones were having zero hospitality and service. And hotel people were all somehow looking to extract money. The experience was so bad that We aborted at the last portion. We felt cheated and utterly disappointed. And now when I'm going through these reviews seems like I'm not the only one.

Average hotel to stay for a night. Very basic facilities, rooms are so chill, No lift available & hotel is located at very steep and I dono why a guest will have to walk that much to stay here. Food was very average. Over all an average stay in average place

The interiors and service provided by them is really good. You would feel really cozzy and comfortable here. But the only minus point being the location where the hotel is situated in. It's quite hard to locate and tiring to reach.
