Hotel Golden Berry - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

One of the few hotels that have a pool so was the natural choice of our stay. The room service is quick and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The common area isn't something very fancy but usually tourists don't mind that (neither did we). Poolside meals are allowed and it is quite a delight. The pool is not very big or deep. You won't like the place if you prefer to have a good view. The food there was okay too.

This is really well maintained hotel and one will have very pleasant stay here. My stay experience summarised Good points - Approaching to hotel is easy as signboards placed along the road from Mount abu guides you well. - The ambiance of room is really lavish and luxurious. -This hotel is probably newly constructed and has swiming pool and rooftop facility. - The brekfast can be enjoyed near swiming pool while chilling in early morning sunlight. - This facility provides room service and food is arranged from their main restaurant nearby. During my 2 night stay I chose to have dinner here only since food was delicious, served hot n fresh and service was excellent. - View of Dilwara lake and temple can be enjoyed from room window while having sip of hot tea/coffee. - Entire staff here is courteous, helpful and just a call away. Cons - Wi-fi may not be available but now a days it hardly require with plenty of 4G network availablity everywhere. - Hot water is Solar one and call has to be given to reception to open main tap. - Tooth paste/brush, shaving kit, shampoo, moisturisers not provided complimetary in rooms thus you will have to carry all these stuffs. - Little away (2-3kms) from main city market but relives of city hassels - Car parking is reserved but is in open area outside hotel.

Cannot be better. The view from my window was just awesome. Rooms were absolutely Clean, Clean Bed sheets, Towels, Pillow Covers absolutely Spic and Span. Staff was very very Cordial. Small swimming pool is icing on the cake. Although i could not swim due to cold weather, but breakfast by the pool side was awesome. Also Dinner at the Roof top was beyond Expectation. I think they are too cheap in comparison to the facilities. Worth every penny of money.... Cheers

The hotel is at walking distance from Dilwara temple. The view of Aravali hills from bigger rooms is awesome. You can enjoy the view with cool breeze during breakfast which is complementary. Hygiene level of room and common area meets the expectations. The price can be little higher depending on season and demand. Although breakfast is good, the restaurant from which they bring lunch and dinner makes oily food and delivery of food also takes time, So I would recommend to have lunch and dinner out. The service staff is helpful. They are also cooperative with the driver needs.

This was one of my best experience in hotel rooms. Though the hotel is not big/ spacious, bit they have great cook in the kitchen who will serve you home like food. This is very rare in a hotel. They have non-veg restaurant which will deliver food to your room. Swimming pool is available, but it's small in area. Shops like general store are nearby to this restaurant.

This the the best hotel you can find in Mount Abu. It is located 3.3 Kms away from bus stand. There is a swimming pool where you can relax and also you can have dinner on the terrace where you enjoy beautiful mountain view on all the sides. Also few rooms have a beautiful view from the the window. And yes 5 stars for the hotel service. The staff is well trained and always ready to help. You can also get Activa on rent from here for Rs 300 per day.

This hotel is far away from main market (more than 3 km) in the middle of the village and this distance seems very much when it is in hilly region with zero transport facility because taxis or auto-rickshaw not allowed for internal transportation in Mt. Abu. You will have to travel in and out by rented Honda Activa (Rs. 300/day + your petrol) from hotel. As it is a small hotel (6-8 rooms), there is no restaurant, although they have tie-up with Sher-e-Punjab restaurant (located in main market) for on-call food, but the food is miserable and highly over priced (e.g. single Maggi is Rs. 70) and you have no other option because you are in a village. So for every meal you will have to travel 3 KM to the main market. There checkout time is 9 AM and if you have been offered complementary breakfast then it will not be before 8:45 AM and breakfast menu remains same everyday (Aloo paratha with Poha and tea/coffee). Never book this hotel only for swimming pool as it is very small (10 x 20 feet) with maximum depth of 4 feet. You open your room's window and see all the surrounding village houses peeking at you. Final note: This hotel is seriously over-priced against facilities it provides.

Very poor. I booked a room before 4 days of my journey to mount abu and made payment also from oyo. But when I reached at the hotel, he the person asked me 5500 rupee charge. And denied the tai-up with Oyo. And behaved very badly. They don't have common ethics how to talk with somebody. I would strongly denied to stay there.
