Hotel fountain - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

Sub-par expensive rooms. Rude staff. A display of extremely unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist. Would not recommend. I just went further along the highway and found another decent place.

Had a wonderful time with my family. Rooms were clean, big enough and had a segment above feel to everything at that price. Staff was also polite and supportive. Food quality was superb and I felt it very reasonable. Thankyou for everything fountain group. Love from Maharashtra

Best hotel, very good service from staffs, very neat and clean. Worth the money though it's quite cheaper compared to other hotels, food also very nice

Good hotel but at the time of breakfast mr Hasan was very attitude person, rude language use by him nd say m not listen any one in hotel my suggestion to hotel fountain management plz chang this type of person.... Otherwise u loose your customer..

I noted this hotel when I am going Gaypagla Temple!..In return We had taken Dinner to this Hotel...We tried Paneer Toofani & Chatpata.. In chinese we tried Noodles & Manchurian... Price is reasonable & taste is not bad.

Got thread and Hair in green chutney and starter ... Flies where flying everywhere ... Dishes were not clean waiter who were taking order was rude .... I would have given zero if I could

Best Hotel on Highway..Good hygiene and food is awesome.Staff is kind and cooperative. Happy with service.
