Worst room service. No hot water... Mgmt turns off AC even when we are inside. Food is worst... Stomach upset and vomiting happened
Food at DPS Inn Hotel in Prayagraj is very tasty, enjoyed it.
This is with respect to my earlier review. 1)First of all you should not try to compel me to change my review by repeatedly calling and annoying me. 2) Secondly I have the copies of my booking done online through Oyo so you can't question my authenticity.I am sure you must have made amendments to your personal hotel register to erase my name from there seeing my honest review. 3) Thirdly I do not need to blackmail some cheap hotel who can't even provide service to their customer, my only reason to write this review is to help the other people who are planning to visit Prayagraj and might get fooled by the fake images and good reviews on Oyo and lastly 4) Rather than saying mean things to me you should better focus on improving your service and hotel and watch-out your tone and language with your customers. Most importantly not just me, but other reviews are also telling about the sad and pathetic state of your hotel, so kindly focus on improving your hotel and service rather than playing the blame game. DPS INN has many facilities apart from room like they have one medium hall to celebrate birthday party and engagement purpose for about 30-35 people all facilities are nice well maintained A/c room, friendly staff,& fooding is better . Thank you DPS INN my last experience was really great.
It was too pathetic 1. Washrooms were dirty 2. Non availability of toiletries, tv recharge 3. Bedsheets, quilt cover and towels were also so dirty 4. AC remote was not available post escalating they provided us remote 5. Plug points were not working 6. Shower was not working 7. Non availability of required items like bathroom mug 8. No gyeaser 9. Slow customer service Book and stay at your risk, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone
Good service but rooms are clean but bathroom taps are not very good and clean
Very bad condition in all the fields. Cleaning is not good ,doors not closing . No facilities of room service. Food quality very bad. Only way to express is that I would haven't given even one star.
The best hotel in Prayagraj, I don't know why people had a bad experience there, the staff are very polite and humble, they know what they are doing, they have a good sense of service. The location is very good and near to Railway station, highcourt and Airport too.

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
