Room service culture is very low category , food is also not good as per standard quality , over all bad experience.
A Good Hotel in Gangtok, serving good Bengali food. Located at a slightly interior lane of the city but very close to the famous MG Marg. The market is nearby along with other restaurants and hotels. The place serves authentic Bengali food but a good place to stay and dine for people of other regions as well.
All staff good behaviour. The food is nice(family type).
Buku da and Babu da are very coperative person.

View of the Kanchenjunga from the hotel is very clear, the behaviour of the staff is good the room is big and the bathroom is clean the food taste like home food
Enjoyed our stay this May..but due to the construction of the new huge parking lot just beside the hotel, the entry to the hotel is a bit cumbersome now..
Worst accomodation , rooms are not so cleaned ,and main think is behaviour ,they didnt deserves 3 star ratings the deserves 1 stars .

Rooms of this hotel are good and view of Mt kanchenjunga from the top floor is beautiful..but taste of food is not that nice and cleanliness of dinning hall as well as food is pathetic..we had a hard time with fooding in this hotel..needs a lot of improvement..
