Location excellent. On M G Marg. In 2 minutes you'll reach M G Marg from your room! But rests are forgettable. Staff try hard but rooms are unhealthy uncleaned and damp. Water supply bas. Odours keep coming from everywhere. Lots of sound to disturb night sleep. Food is worst. Cooking awful. Overall it deserves 1 for its Location only. At these pricetag, go and search better hotels around. And never book cab or tour from them! Don't even stay there! Our 3 days staying experience was horrible.
Excellent location... MG Marg in walking distance, takes 2-3 minutes.. service is good for me .... Rooms are not like a 5star hotel type but gets the job done... Staff behaviour is excellent... Bathrooms are clean...

Staff and food is not good and service towards customer is also very unbearable... They at first create rule and then they break this rule. Their care taker and also manager's behaviour towards ladies is not good. So be cautious if you want to go there....
Hotel Ben is not good hotel in this area because of their facilities towards customers.Their room is very little and not comfortable for family .Their bathroom and washroom is also not good .They have many commission agent ,so in every work they take commission in advance but in exchange they will not keep their vows.
