Hotel B P Emerald - Hotel in Mathura, Maholi - Mathura, India

This hotel is a scam. All reviews are fake. This hotel is in remote location you will not get any shop or transport. It's outside mathura and in a village called Pali kheda that is very far from Krishna Janmbhoomi or any other temples. I stayed there and is was the worst experience. Anyhow if you go to anyplace or temple in day time no auto or e-rickshaw will take your booking to drop you to the hotel in the evening/night. Ola and Uber are also charging outstation for this hotel.

Absolutely a waste place. We are here. Swimming pool is bad,dirty. Food is very bad. We are at the hotel right now. Waiting for lunch for last 1.5 hours. Unable to serve. Do not spoil you mood while staying here. Not recommended at all. Washrooms are stinky.

The hotel rating could have been 5 star but due to one man the all over experience got wasted, The man who took our checkin and checkout was very rude, seems like he was the owner, first of all we booked room in triple occupancy and they have given us a 2 inch thick some foam to sleep which pathetic coz they have charged 1337 for third person extra, back to the man he was making faces very loud and when we asked for UpI payment he said abruptly ki tax extra bhrna pdega. Not at all courteous or helping, i dont know the name but he was very very pathetic person, spoiled our whole trip, and also if one is not coming with their own vehicle then please be aware its on outskirts and you will have to travel alot to go in city

Worst stay ever No staff to provide services Swimming pool not functional Receptionist saying you can complaint but we can't provide you services for which we paid No extra bed given after paying for 3 adults

Scam hotel . Don't book guys . Cheaters around . Well connected cheater group. You can't see their contact number anywhere . Just cheaters

Hated this place. Management and staff is incompetent and unwilling to help with anything. Rooms are unfinished and bathrooms are dirty (like really filthy) I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hotel ....worst stay hopeless hotel service too bad .... reception staff has no manners to talk and food quality tea quality very bad ...rooms are dirty n spider webs n insects are there don't book dis hotel our stay was not at all worth living ...

It's in isolated place , hotel is still not ready , some politician group was there for party so it scared me typical filmy view it was party of politicians , alcohol non veg, noise. So if you are with family not at all recommended.
