Decent rooms in the price range. Staff is good and available to requests at times. Management is good and will give good advice on the tours for the city. There was no cooking staff available at time, so can't say about food. All food came from another hotel, which was tasteless. But we have many good resturant available in MG road which is 500 m away.

Good place, spacious rooms, good food, great wifi. You will get everything that you can ask for in a budget hotel. The beds are great, the bathrooms are equipped well with geysers, showers, jet sprays. The rooms have a TV, a wardrobe, a dressing table too. Carpet flooring, fantastic view and a quick and responsive room service. They prepare your food the moment you order them so they take a bit of time. Some might find it irritating to wait but it ensures hygienic and healthy food.

Rooms ambiance should change.they take high rate for stay.. i stay there rs: 2500/night . But as per rate.. rooms quality is not soo good. But views are too good..stuff behaviours are so good.mainly the manager's behaviour so decent.

The hotel is very modest without any show and pomp of any kind in appearance in amenities. It was tidy, no doubt, with courteous staff, and a step staircase away main market, but the amount they charge for it is unduly high. No Internet, limited menu, uncomfortable mattress, poor cable and tv. Though the room was much more spacious than those around with similar tariff structure but a little more research can land you in much better places. Won't stay in it again if I ever happen to go again.

It's a small and cozy hotel in Gangtok, Sikkim. The rooms are pretty spacious and come with a balcony. The hotel arranges for permits to Tchango and Nathula and cabs accordingly for their customers. Service is great! Room service is very nice. The restaurant serves the tastiest parathas and food. It's also very close to the MG marg and Ropeway. Have been to this hotel over 5 times now.

It was really nice stay there. We booked 2 delux room. But due to unavailability of 2 rooms they given us upgrade to super delux room for free. Food was also good. Its 5 to 10 min walking distace from M. G. Road so you can go easily there.

The room 103 is spacious (Being super Delux) wash room is just clean. The bathroom fittings are just ok. Electrical fittings are also not so good. Couple of sockets and lights are not working. However, the hotel is at decent height and has stairs to MG Road. Room service for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner is available.

Great place with mountain view from window. Because of its location near assembly house and secretariat office,, the environment is so peaceful and just 5 minutes walk need to reach M.G marg.. Happy with the service of the hotel, specially for delicious food..
