Not at all friendly behaviour by the staff. Don't go into this hotel untill you don't have any options left. For senior citizens people they allotted room at top floor. They don't have any common sense not any proffesionalism . Room condition is also not good. Overall Not recommended anyway.

Good environment, food quality is good, staff behavior is also good. Most important part is the location ( at MG Marg) and private transport will reach at the door of the hotel. According to room rate, room is ok and clean.

Rooms and bed are dirty and unhygienic. It seems bedsheet, blanket are used. Bathroom are very unhygienic,it smells bad, geyser is not working. Very disappointed quality of rooms at rs. 2500

Service not good ,the receptionist knows everything of the world except how to behave politely with guests ,workers not guest-friendly , only one positive point that its location in mg road

It's a very bad experience with this hotel.First, in peak season, they charged double for the poor quality of rooms, and the rooms were in very bad condition and never cleaned. There is no restaurant attached, so if you order food, you will be served in mostly uneatable conditions. But when you complain about that, they will start misbehaving with you. Second, right now there is no security. It is not safe for a family vacation. Third, as all the reviews have stated, gesyuer is not working properly. And mainly, never ever book any packages for North Sikkim and Nathula, Baba Mandir, Changuu or local sightseeing. If you book, your entire payment will be in the garbage. The hotel's management is fully chetered. Before beginning the tour, the fast will take the entire amount from you and strategize the cheating. So you can get a far better hotel in MG Marg for less money, or you can stay at the Jain Group of Hotels in Potala for less money and get a super deluxe room with a balcony and the best food and service quality. Just avoid the hotel, otherwise your vacation will be a struggle, or worse, disastrously. Be careful...

Good stay option in Gangtok right in MG marg . The hotel is basic but staff is courteous . Rich daddies go to Mayfair , average daddies come here. Rooms are small and cozy . Peek out of the misty window and you see the MG Marg welcoming thoroughfare . Very cost effective .
