It is about location, very near to temple. Room was fine, clean but not airy enough. Since property is in a very crowded city area, didn't expect to be spacious. No restaurant service. Parking is very limited but staff helps for vallet parking.
Rooms are well maintained, but lacks space. Cable TV network is not available in some rooms. Repeated requests not entertained. Eating space on ground floor is not spacious enough to accommodate more than 20 persons.
Nice lodge at an affordable price, rooms are neat & clean, and the service is good.
The hotel management and staff are very friendly and polite.
Had a stay for a day in hotel. Requested the owner for early check-in which they managed. Hotel is in a Prime Location as everything is nearby like walking distance. Stayed here 2 times with family during Kolhapur visit. Rooms are clean and toilets are clean. Location has its own advantage as walking distance from temple. The staff and Mr. Vikram are highly helpful and understands customer needs. Everyone attempts to make our stay comfortable and had a safe visit to temple. Thanks Team.
Good:
1. Temple is very near 650meter walk. 2. Family room was spacious.
3. Room interiors are good and clean.
Bad:
1. They asked for cash during checkout and said online is not working. We had early 6am checkout planned and somehow managed to pool cash from each person's wallet :(
2. Parking is very small and congested.
3. Room walls are thin I guess, till late night we could hear next door television and conversations.
My parents had an excellent stay here. Amazing stay near to temple. The owner is very polite and humble. Very well maintained and clean rooms. Mahesh was very helpful to my parents. He guided, explained very well when they were touring around the city.

Management is good and rooms are cleaned but I thought that deluxe room have view but there is no view AC change temperature automatically which disturb our sleep We can't properly slept no doubts that all ok even Mahalaxmi Temple is too close from this Hotel.
They need improvement for more comfortable things with this kind of rental.
