Terrible Experience – Beware of This Fraudulent Store! I had an awful experience with this store, and I want to warn everyone about their shady practices. When I first visited, the shop was named Lalitha Jewellers. The logo, the bill paper, everything looked identical to the well-known "Lalithaa Jewellery," so I trusted it and bought a 40g silver chain. Fast forward two years, I went to the real Lalithaa Jewellery to exchange it for a new design, only to be told that the silver was FAKE! They informed me that this was not their store but a counterfeit using a similar name to deceive people. I was shocked – it turns out many others have been scammed by this same setup. Hoping to resolve this, I went back to the original store location only to find it had been renamed to Hora Jewellers. When I asked to exchange the chain, they demanded a bill. Since I didn’t have it, I suggested they look up my purchase in their system, but they told me they “lost their database.” Really? Losing an entire database just like that? In the end, I was forced to throw away this worthless, fake silver chain. This shop is tricking people by selling fake products under names that look trustworthy, only to dodge accountability later. People, stay away! They’re running a complete scam and will refuse to take responsibility. Don't waste your money here – they’re only out to rip you off.

The place was flooded with water after one single rain. Unplanned building sturcture, I felt pity for the housekeeping staff, they had put enormous efforts to prevent any customes from slipping on the wet floor.

They are fraud and I will explain how they cheat, before entering their shop please please check gold rate, because as per my observation gold rate they follow is different and more than anyone on earth, this way they say less making charge and however in effect they charge more than anyone would have charged. When I asked why they gold price different to others, they just have any right justification. Please please think 1000 times before you buy anything in Lalitha

Very small showroom , less collections..this is small time jeweller. This is not the real Lalithaa jewellers we see in TV ads just a similar name that's all. We had placed order for small ear ring but they have done a good job.. did not expect this from a small jeweller ..but am happy with their work.

Very horible experience they are frauds they take orders and make us wait for 3mnths and after we got the Jewell it was broken with six months please don't choose this and report this spam this is not the real Lalitha....they are goofers they spam customers and they give us and they force people put the monthly scheme and spam they give damaged products

It's a small shop but they have a booklet where u can finalise your design and they will get it done for you. Car and bike parking is available,not much space for car park though. Most of the time we visited this place it was closed, not sure of the opening times here 😔 however the experience was good when we visited. Temperature check at entrance is mandatory. Face mask and hand sanitizing is a must.

All the design's and all is just wow But they does not provide any juice/coffe for the customes And the floor manager have to much of attitude towards the customers (please see to it )
