Disappointing Customer Experience – Needs Urgent Attention I visited your store today to inquire about a sofa set. While I found one that I liked, I had some concerns about the product's quality and wanted to understand its warranty details. To my shock, the salesperson responded dismissively, asking, "If we give a 10-year warranty, will you buy?" It is extremely disappointing that your sales team makes such judgmental assumptions about potential customers. How can they decide whether a customer is serious about purchasing or not, simply based on inquiries? As a retail store, your purpose is to allow customers to experience products firsthand and make informed decisions. If you are unwilling to answer basic questions or allow customers to explore options, then perhaps selling online would be a better fit for your approach. I immediately raised the issue with the manager, and while the salesperson later attempted to justify his words, the message was clear—he had already concluded that we wouldn’t make a purchase. This kind of attitude can drive away even willing customers. A retail store should prioritize customer service and respect every inquiry, as every potential buyer deserves a fair and informative shopping experience. Based on this interaction, I would hesitate to recommend your store to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such experiences are not repeated.

Home centre is my favorite shop for decor and kitchen items. Especially I love their colour themes. If you are planning to setup your home based on colour , then home centre is best option. Their price is always on expensive side only. But I love their unique collections.

Had a bad experience with Home centre on purchasing Form pillows. They sold damaged pieces. When we tried to ask for the replacement, they were proposing to take the same damaged pieces which is almost scraped one with 15% discount!! The customer service is poor and lessons learned even brands like Home centre is not reliable.

bad experience ever, I am frequent customer of Home centre. I visited today Home centre at Marina mall. Here services and staff is not up to the mark, as always purchased few things which was on discounted price, first the staff did wrong billing they took MRP, 20 to 25 min. wasted to resolve and refund. After that they said discounted price was 149 rs. we put wrongly you have to pay 159 rs. more amount. very disappointing behavior of staff. totally time waste.

Nice to witness the super sale. Except that crowd royally occupied couches and sofas. Leaving no space for prospects to check them. Families of 6-8 people made it worse. Needs a strong serious floor manager who can ensure genuine shoppers don’t suffer. Junior Staff and security guard are helpful. I had hands full with stuff and Jr staff volunteered until invoicing. Stars go to them only

Home centre located 3rd floor of Marina Mall. House hold needs under one roof. It has furniture, kitchen utensils, bedroom materials, decorative items etc. Excellent display of living room sofa, chairs, kitchen settings etc. It is set up similar to IKEA showrooms. Good service by the team.

Very traumatic experience and very bad customer service with no proactive communication and delayed delivery with zero effort to expedite an already delayed order. I would advise prospective buyers to be wary of any commitments given by the team for any made to order items.

Home centre in OMR is a refreshing change, collection in this store is always amazing. Service at cash counter needs improvement for sure. Only 3 desks and all v slow!! It’s my second visit and I can clearly say Payment needs more time than shopping!! Staff needs to be well trained
