Shiweshwarji is doing wonderful work. I have benefitted greatly from his yoga classes and nutritional advice. My left thigh which had become stiff has become flexible again. I appreciate his approach which is gentle but firm. Overall, my energy level and stamina have both increased substantially under his guidance. I have taken treatment from holistic wellness. It's really imazing for me. I was suffering from Ruhmatoid arthritis, UTI and PCOD. I have been following Holistic Wellness's lifestyle management for just over a month now and the results are already quite impressive. Many of my long term health issues are showing significant improvement, without a single medicine. Or rather as Shiveshwar ji says "the food is medicine". I am Rahul, M 53. I have been challenged with many ailments: Disturbed Sleep Pattern, Anxiety, Diabetes, Hypertension, Lumbar Disorder and Renal Stones. To overcome them I had experimented with Mainstream Medicine, Homeopathy, Ayurved, Unani among other things over the last 25 odd years. But none of these experiments led me anywhere but worsening health. Then I met Sri Shiv eshwar Kar through Amit Lal, a common friend. I can emphasize with all my honesty that he revolutionised my health. My life has changed for the best and it is getting better by the day. The best part is that he did not promise any miracle. The entire concept was based upon how far was I willing to go to reverse my well being. The program is wholesome in the sense that one benefits in many chapters outside the main syllabus. I'm off all kinds of medication. My glucose levels & blood pressure are stable, I sleep better, my back issues are melting away & kidneys are in better condition. But besides these immediate concerns, I've lost weight, my body is lighter & leaner, my face is radiant (,despite that I do not buy toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, deodorants, soap, shampoo etc anymore from the market). Besides a deep knowledge of Dietics, he has been a Yoga Trainer and has self-groomed himself for a thorough understanding of the human body. He's available for queries & iemergent ssues throughout the week. Then he spends an hour or two regularly every week to update himself on every minute development & prescribe remedy. I was compelled to up my performance by his kindered spirit, noble disposition and level of devotion to my cause. Almost as if he was more serious about me than me myself. I'm honoured to've known him. I've been rid of my problems after the 3 month program. But I'll continue with him mostly because I guess I've manifested only 2 c/o of all that he has to offer. Many people joined him on seeing the results on my body. I hope to inspire more people to the cause. It further merits mention here that he charges a very low Consultancy Fees for the wide variety of offerings. I personally had to shell in less than what I spent on medicines. The course is all about testing our will & breaking out of comfort zones / established patterns. So it is not for the weak. But results are nothing short of miraculous.
