Bad Hospitality, Food Quality is not good, I took Dose and its base was smelling and teste sour. You need to buy bottle of water as they don't provide glass to drink water.
Very pathetic management. I asked for a plate of idli but I had to wait for eternity. The customers who came later they got their orders delivered quickly. The guy who serves at the counter fat and wearing spectacles is misogynist and hardly caters to orders placed by women customers. This is not a one time incident. This has happened thrice with me. Do not visit this shop there are far better at this price point and attitude.
Okk.....new review.....One of the most premium brand of Asansol...you can avail the authentic taste of different sweets and snacks here....shop is redecorated to cater more customers in prime time....Dosa, Idly, kachori,samosa....you can try any of these snacks... quality is good and price is too affordable
Quality of sweet is amazing. Size is much bigger. A Rs 15 bundi ladoo weights 200gm.
Worst Customer Service. When I asked them to change the torn up note they gave me, they behaved badly as if we his servant, also, after giving the worker the receipt he is asking one plate or two plate of idli vada. I mean seriously.
I m tryed their kachuri alur cholar sbji in which the best part is the filling of kachuri is with green peas in every season and taste of the food is very good
Nice place but parking is a problem. Food is good at a reasonable price. Must try dosa and idli.
