I would like to thanks for all the Doctors and staff for my safe delivery in 17/11/22.And in my opinion this hospital is best for long time didn't conceived , irregularities of period etc ,also looking here carefully and succeed life, safe everyone.
Good Clean Charitable Hospital . It is a maternity Hospital. OPD service is there. Just outside main building on left there is a pharmacy. There is a variety store also. The hospital has stairs and ramp. Location: South Of Main Turning Point. 100m from it Towards Small road that leads to Manipur Pony Farm..
Worst hospital management you have to take multiple appointment for consultation, one for first inspection then next for writing medicine that too report everyday at 6am and wait for 9am that too its uncertainty of meeting the doctor. Dont visit you will get frustration...
All the Gynae Doctors from Hillside hospital needs to train properly, they need frequent training from time to time..the doctors Need a proper workshop n teach them to learn Up to date. all the Doctors are moody , no frank, no respect for their patient.A good Doctors must b frank,pay respect to their patient,make a good relationship with thier patient. but hillside Doctors are nilll In this situation..they need a Worst feedback i should say
We went for treatment for my mom as her sugar wasn't under control since long & she is diabetic since 20+ yrs. We consult Dr. Achouba Singh Ksh but we didn't like the way he attends the patient. He did not attend patients on follow up, only her assistent/nurse will take your papers along with reports & come out with whatever medicines need to be given to patient. Patients will not have the option to express how he/she is feeling or facing any difference or any changes after 1st visit. And yes, do not get any testing at in-house lab as they are more expensive comparing to Babina Diagnostic Lab. I think it doesn't belong to charitable trust. Overall I had worst experience & never gonna back there again.
Arrogant staff. Unpunctual Doctors. Non adherence to the listed OPD timing. Visit if you have battery and some time to kill. Would suggest you to look at other options if you're in a hurry or just worried about yourself or family just like any other normal person. PS: Date of Visit- 21st July 2019.
The way that reception of ward 2 handles patients are just pathetic
No proper check up by doctors. Doctors and staffs need to keep some of their opinions to themselves. Service not satisfactory.

Firstly, the doctors are professional and very friendly. the ones whom i meet (ortho + Medicine). The nurses are less professional. And are needed to be trained in customer service relations and professionalism. Apart from that i don't have any issue
