Hello everyone, My name is Gunjan, so I met sheetal mam through one of my friend and I worked under mam's guidance for 3 months, till now I have lost 10 kgs through regular workout conducted in class followed by 2 diet sessions of 15days each. Talking about the inches loss i shifted from 3xl to xl clothing size which made my life easier to simply shop from Myntra rather than searching particularly for plus size fashion brands, so just within this 4months of journey i started feeling confident about my body type and more boost up for the fact that "even I can do it" so here's my all gratitude and much more love to our favourite Sheetal mam. The diet plan was very interesting, firstly I was worried that will I be able to follow it, but I did it and i feel so happy about it, this 15days has helped me grow in other ways too like healthy eating habits, keeping body hydrated, controlling the craving, early to bed early to rise and most importantly the food intake timings, and i liked the fact that sheetal mam gets all these things done from us in such a smooth manner and techniques. It was a great journey so far, looking forward to loosing up more weight, increasing flexibility, glow and energy! Thank you so much mam! Even looking forward to match your energy some day

First of all thank you so much Diii for giving love , care , and honestly I had emotional attachment with Healthmantra and not only you are my trainer but also you are my best Guru, Mother, Sister Best Friend. You always support me. And love each & every student that may be elder or younger one you always take care for everyone and gives us a moral suggestions & support too. And one thing I tell you are my crush forever. Apart from it I had weight before joining healthmantra is 67 kg and then I lost around 10kg in only 6 months. And I really want to continue Healthmantra soon. I miss my routine with u Diii and also I promise you after marriage whenever I get pregnant I want to join you and want your support and care to Maintain my health. You are my inspiration. And I want to tell U that I have maintained my weight too around 60kg. I have lot of memorable moments with u.
