When we walk into a well equipped gym, the first thing that comes to our mind is who is gonna teach us how to use those, monitor the workout sessions, guide us and etc.. I was like that once too. Such people worry not, you are most welcome to Hardcore Fitness Centre family. The coach, BIGIN is amazing. I use the word coach intentionally because he is far more than a trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable and has the technical training experience, but also he is very friendly. In addition to fitness he also shares nutrition diet plan for having good health. I appreciate the variety of our workout sessions. Bigin's knowledge to explain why we are doing these exercises (and the order we do them) is another aspect of his training style that increases the value of my sessions. He listens to your needs and tailors his approach to ensure your success. Because he truly cares that you reach your goals. The workout sessions are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, if you go consistently you will see the results no question! Trust me, such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the door!!
