Hanuwantiya Tent City Jal Mahotsav - Hotel in Hanwantya Ryt. - East Nimar, India

We visited during Christmas time and it was the best time to visit this place. We booked from their website but had to face difficulties due to half- information. We booked premium tents and visited in group- I would recommend to visit with group in order to enjoy more. Check in was really smooth. We reached to our tent from reception in buggy. Prons 1. Ambiance is very welcoming and beautiful. Tents are good and service is very nice. Staff are helpful. 2. Back water of river Narmada is very very beautiful. You can go seat there in early morning and the experience is surreal. 3. Cultural evening was really nice and we enjoyed our evening with folk dance followed by DJ. Cons- 1.There is not much info on their website and the numbers given usually were not answered when called- hence it was very difficult for us to connect with them for bookings. 2. Caterers were new and food was ok. Since they were naive, were not able to accommodate the entire crowd. 3. Though it named Jal Mahotsav- there were hardly any water rides apart from the usual boats which we would find anywhere. We were expecting more but were disappointed.

For someone who lives in a concrete jungle, this place is an awesome experience. Loved their food options. Weather was crazy windy during our stay which was a nice feeling but it didn't let them conduct any activities, something we missed out on. Can't blame anyone for this.

It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food ,service and nature view. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come here if you wanna get close to nature and adventures.

The hotel pictures available do not match the property. The rooms are shoddy, unhygienic and the place is in shambles. Even after requesting a refund by my elderly parents, the refused to help them out. I am currently in conversation with the property for a refund and there has been no help! Uncourteous staff and management! Would not recommend at all

A place full of amazing natural beauty. I love to visit Haniwantiya "Jalmahotsav". They have several activities include air and water. A beautiful picnic spot with amusement activities too. For a small break from work , must visit.

The place is over priced and over hyped. Some of the basic facilities are missing and the tent experience is not that great. The food quality and variety is poor and majority of the dishes were stale. The place does not offer much in terms of customer engagement. The adventure sports are good but they are also much over priced with nothing extraordinary to offer. And on top of it, the staff was highly unprofessional and rude. The place has been set up just to mint money and not at all directed towards customer comforts or satisfaction!! Worst experience.

The majestic plethora of clear skies, dabbed with grand white clouds, the city surrounded by emerald green foliage, and above all, the distinct crystal clear water, which resembles the Mediterranean feel. Witnessing the awe-inspiring accomplishments, you will agree that Hanuwantiya is a major relief from city traffic snarls, breathing in pollution-free air, and eliminating the disruption of metropolitan life!
